Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience analyzing and interpreting complex datasets, with a proven track record of applying these insights to inform product decisions.
- Proficiency in SQL queries to be able to translate business questions to queries and feel comfortable exploring a data warehouse to find the appropriate data for a problem.
- Experience with data visualization tools, capable of translating complex datasets into clear, actionable reports for diverse audiences.
- Experience with forecasting, statistical analysis, and quantitative techniques to address business questions and product challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including providing constructive criticism and actionable recommendations to enhance product features and team dynamics.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and influence cross-functional teams. Leadership skills are crucial for driving initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to connect analytical insights with business strategies. It is expected to have a keen sense for identifying opportunities that align with company goals and the understanding to pursue them effectively.
Responsibilities
- Communicate complex data insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success.
- Conduct data analyses of product usage, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges. Apply these insights to drive product development and optimization strategies.
- Take a leading role in strategic analysis projects, guiding product development and the company with actionable insights.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials.
- Lead and participate in the product feature development process from concept through launch, ensuring data-driven insights inform all stages.
- Mentor junior analysts, sharing best practices and insights to foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of product discovery and delivery processes, ensuring products meet user needs and business objectives.
- Familiarity with the Advertising Technology landscape, including Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and other related technologies.
- A history of providing constructive criticism and collaborative feedback, facilitating an environment where team members feel supported and empowered to improve.
- Experience in strategic thinking and planning, utilizing data insights to guide product direction and innovation.
