Requirements

  • 3 years+ of product management experience, preferably with consumer facing B2C technology companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Science/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Database Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and communication platforms (email, SMS, Push, In-App)
  • Experience developing successful digital products across various platforms including web, apps, and connected devices
  • Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps
  • Highly analytical and comfortable using a variety of reporting systems and tools
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, with the ability to convey intricate ideas in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Ability to clearly describe the vision for our products as well as the ability to define clear requirements and use cases to support them
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the product development lifecycle and has a track record of delivering meaningful product and feature improvements
  • Experience as a relationship builder and a champion for transparency and collaboration
  • Proven track record of managing several priorities concurrently and capable of finishing them with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and/or internationally
  • Advanced command of English language

Responsibilities

  • Articulate product strategy for your area of ownership, sell your vision to leadership, and champion a roadmap that inspires the business unit to deliver the strategy
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business and product strategy
  • Launch product initiatives with high confidence through mitigating risks and executing go-to-market plans with all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop detailed written requirements with acceptance criteria and negotiate trade-offs with engineering and design teams
  • Clearly communicate the solutions of your product utilizing key communication tools like detailed mock-ups, user flows, and prototypes
  • Identify gaps between the current functionality and be able to recommend solutions
  • Partner with and serve as a liaison between Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, other internal partners to ensure products are meeting marketing strategies and objectives
  • Influence the product strategy, design solutions, and engineering decisions to best accomplish the intended outcomes
  • Manage competing requests from multiple groups while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Lead daily/weekly/monthly standups, planning, and grooming activities
  • Be accountable for delivering returns from product investments
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies to best serve digital goals
  • Understand the competitive landscape – prescribe user research and competitive analysis to help support and frame our initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
