Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
  • 4+ years of PM experience with a track record of leading ambitious 0-to-1 products
  • Built and scaled enterprise AI solutions
  • Experience writing and pushing code using AI tools
  • Succeed in fast-paced technical environments, working with cross-functional teams
  • Connect well with enterprise clients and enjoy building those relationships
  • Thrive in a small, agile team with initiative and desire for ownership
  • Show deep enthusiasm for AI and understand AI systems, including autonomous agents
  • Drive product decisions with data, using analytics tools, SQL, and experimental design
  • Excel at leading teams and driving execution through clear communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of custom AI agents for enterprise clients, crafting vision, strategy, and execution plans
  • Own cross-platform feature development including reporting, controls, and integration capabilities
  • Convert enterprise customer feedback into detailed product requirements and technical specifications
  • Use data to better understand enterprise needs and guide product development
  • Work closely with product design, engineering, data science, customer success, sales, finance, legal, and partnership teams
  • Act like a founder, taking full ownership of products end-to-end, including GTM strategy
  • Travel to enterprise client sites (~monthly) to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Available/willing to relocate to work onsite at our Lehi, Utah office Monday-Friday (preferred, not required)
  • Availability to travel to meet with customers onsite 1-2x/monthly
