Requirements
- 8+ years of project/program management experience, with experience leading programs on a global scale with an enterprise SaaS company.
- Experience implementing AI tools and techniques across an organization.
- Experience leading change management initiatives to improve and optimize businesses.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic programs across Global Services.
- Understand Workday’s approach to driving transformation projects.
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Establish the program structure and governance model for strategic transformation projects.
- Be accountable for project outcomes and build trust with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Effectively synthesizes information and presents it clearly and concisely through visual PowerPoint presentations, Word docs and other relevant formats.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
- Experience in establishing program structures and governance models.
- Understanding of strategic planning and alignment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic services organization.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated adaptability and proactive thinking skills.
- Able to travel occasionally as needed.
