Requirements
- 4+ years of Programs or HR Operations, with exposure to both benefits and compliance
- Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and best practices
- Sharp eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent project management skills and ability to drive processes
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Track record of building scalable processes in fast-paced environments
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage key HR programs, ensuring vendors and internal teams have the structure and support they need to operate effectively.
- Partner with benefits vendors to optimize offerings and improve employee support.
- Oversee immigration vendor relationships, ensuring they have the necessary policies, documentation, and processes to operate smoothly.
- Support the creation and maintenance of HR policies related to benefits, immigration, and compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data and efficient workflows.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Develop and manage the HR compliance calendar, ensuring all deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.
- Track and ensure completion of required employee training programs and compliance initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits and reporting efforts.
