Requirements
- Significant experience in Project Management & Turnkey Project Management for roles outside of the USA
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) for roles outside of the USA
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) for roles in the USA
Responsibilities
- Overseeing large, complex multi-year or EPC projects
- Developing expertise in own function and providing professional or thought leadership
- Interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices
- Leading others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes
- Employing sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing or engineering techniques
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Communicating complex messages and negotiating mainly internally with others
Preferred Qualifications
- 15 years of project management experience in the power generation industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
