Requirements
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years industry experience in reliability, maintenance, and/or engineering organizations.
- Minimum 10 years in Reliability leadership, Chemical, Refining or Petrochemical Industry
- Experience improving reliability organizations and the performance of the equipment.
Responsibilities
- Set Objectives, select personnel, and manage change to drive improvements in asset reliability results
- Develop strategic vision for asset reliability and a plan for the transition to a predictive environment
- Provide continuous performance feedback and improvement assistance for group employees to ensure their professional growth
- Ensure adequate metrics are implemented to ensure timely asset reliability performance is measured and reviewed
- Develop and maintain a critical asset condition status report identifying predicted future actions to prevent asset failure or significant performance deterioration
- Ensure improvement projects are adequately chartered and resourced
- Maintain and review corrective action progress status for all reliability projects to include routine Work Order RCA’s
- Provide recommended reliability project priorities to functional and plant management
