Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, including a proven track record of designing and scaling complex systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable software for Auger’s platform, optimizing AI models and data pipelines to improve supply chain forecasting, planning, and management.
- Collaborate with AI scientists to integrate machine learning solutions into real-time, customer-facing applications.
- Architect and implement secure, high-performing systems capable of processing large-scale, real-time logistics data.
- Build and scale RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support the seamless integration of applications and services across the platform.
- Develop fault-tolerant, cloud-native microservices that prioritize performance and maintainability.
- Contribute to system-wide architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and long-term performance.
- Design solutions that integrate data processing, semantic intelligence, and AI workflows into the broader operating system.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high-quality code.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and DevOps engineers, to ensure technical initiatives align with business objectives.
