Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related engineering or technical field and five (5) years’ progressive experience as a software engineer in test or related occupation; OR Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science or related engineering or technical field and two (2) years’ progressive experience as a software engineer in test or related occupation.
- Must possess at least 2 years of experience in each of the following: Appium, Junit, Hybrid, and Data Driven; Developing automation frameworks that works with mobile applications & API architecture using Java, Python or Swift; Jenkins or Bamboo; Creating and implementing test scripts for performing performance testing using Jmeter; Functional testing of end-to-end flows involving mobile and API services; and End-to-end validation using SQL/MySQL, REST, and SOAP UI.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the frameworks to test and deploy complex software systems.
- Develop technologies across iOS and Android, paired with continuous build and test with various system tools.
- Design, implement, and optimize automation tools to verify the mobile and server product suite.
- Coordinate with software and test groups to ensure the system works properly from end-to-end, both pre- and post-release.
- Utilize automation tools including Appium.
- Utilize design & development of the automation frameworks including Junit, Hybrid or Data Driven.
- Code using Java, Python or Swift to develop automation frameworks that works with mobile applications & API architecture.
- Utilize Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and Build Integration tools including Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Create/implement test scripts for performing performance testing using JMeter.
- Design and develop functional testing of end-to-end flows which involves mobile apps and Application programming interface (API) services.
- Work on Internet of Things platform to develop and drive end-to-end validation using skills including SQL/MySQL, REST, and SOAP UI.
