Requirements
- 5+ year experience in cybersecurity or cyber risk in the financial services or insurance sectors.
- Must be familiar with key cyber security, ICT risk management, and cyber resilience needs of the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector – particularly key local and global regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Experience developing messaging, positioning and delivering sales/partner enablement activities for cyber security products
- Experience of presenting to audiences of all sizes, both internal and external facing
- Strong organizational, prioritization, project management and time management ability with a deadline focus
- Emotional intelligence to navigate ambiguity, take initiative and work collaboratively to deliver insights, provide solutions to challenges and recommendations based on analysis
- Strong right brain, left brain balance — analytical + creative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active and driven to solve problems and find innovative solutions
- A profound sense of ownership and accountability is required
- Strong acumen about new technologies and commercial acumen in the software industry

Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, value proposition and messaging that aligns Illumio’s offerings to the key needs of the BFSI market.
- Communicate value propositions to sales teams and develop sales materials and tools that support the selling process.
- Know the needs of our customers and prospects and be a knowledgeable authority on our competition with the ability to articulate value and differentiate our solutions, especially as these relate to the BFSI vertical.
- Partner in demand generation activities with Marketing teams to build and execute campaigns that focus on generating pipeline in the BFSI vertical.
- Accomplish the above by having a constant communication flow with internal groups, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Enablement and the office of the CTO.
- Develop written collateral, presentations, solution/demo videos, social media activities, trade show sessions.
