Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR reporting (metrics, KPIs, etc.) and systems
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including reporting, dashboards, and configuring Platform or Performance Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow to monitor operational performance needed to pinpoint inefficiencies and drive HR process improvements.
  • Apply knowledge of ServiceNow to streamline HR data processes, including improving workflows, organizing data pipelines, and enhancing automated reporting.
  • Work closely with HR leadership and COEs to define key metrics, generate performance reports, provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making, and utilize problem-solving skills to address stakeholder concerns.
  • Configure and implement low to no-code HRSD solutions, collaborating with HR case management to improve data retrieval and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders and teams to ensure execution of efficient solution testing of HRSD enhancements and improvements.
  • Provide guidance to HR teams, deliver end-user training, and maintain comprehensive documentation on reporting processes, analytics, and system configurations.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Data Governance teams to translate business needs into HRSD solutions and effectively communicate updates and changes to stakeholders.

  • Support case resolution, ensuring high-quality responses and adherence to best practices. Provide recommendations to improve processes and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of HR operations, processes, and shared services
  • Expertise in HR-related data analysis
  • ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS-HR or CAS-Performance Analytics)
  • Experience with SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Visier, Tableau, etc.)
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Adept task management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
