Requirements

  • 3 + years of relevant experience (i.e. Project Management, Change Management, Strategy, Operations, Communications)
  • Strong Technology & systems aptitude and interest. Experienced and adept at using SmartSheet, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, working both independently and across teams
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills and clearly communicate findings to focus on issues, actions, and continuous improvement
  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize complex work and track results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling, succinct presentation, and thoughtful questioning
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills characterized by effective interactions with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and audiences

Responsibilities

  • Manage Owned Brands Business Operations Smartsheet Ecosystem
  • Design, build, and maintain a Smartsheet based portfolio management ecosystem that integrates work within Owned Brand Strategy & Operations (~37 project teams) and across enterprise portfolios (examples: Commercial Process & Operations, Global Supply Chain & Logistics Operations)
  • Identify dependencies, and optimize sequencing of change across strategies, projects, and pyramid priorities by coordinating, monitoring and recapping key moments, governance, and metrics
  • Drive connectivity across the team of Global Operations Managers to ensure quality inputs and support leadership team
  • Influence beyond defined scope and provide Smartsheet support to many teams – Communications/Change Management/Education, Technology & Analytics, Responsible Sourcing & Sustainable Capabilities, and Commercial Process & Operations teams
  • Enable OB Strategy & Operations Portfolio Management and Prioritization by organizing and coordinating key meetings and routines, optimizing governance
  • Schedule meetings, identify conflicts, manage attendees, build agendas, support content build, recaps and next steps
  • Take on special projects and advanced responsibilities, as required
  • Assist in designing and building SharePoint knowledge management documents and resources (e.g. Playbooks) reaching an audience of 1,000+ TMs
  • Planning and execution support and thought leadership for challenges that arise, support the team with creative solutions, build connectivity across internal and external teams
