Requirements
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Expert knowledge of design tools including Figma and Adobe’s Creative Suite
- Ability to execute quickly while maintaining commitment to craft and quality
- Experience working with, contributing to and building design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Responsibilities
- Contributing design efforts across the entire product
- Designing and prototyping a little bit of everything, across all clients (iOS, Android and Web)
- Leading design projects from end-to-end, ensuring that all designs are aligned with the company’s vision and goals
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to define and execute on plans and priorities
- Developing and maintaining design systems and standards to ensure consistency across all products
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong portfolio (preferably including projects from at least one consumer tech environment or agency)
- Comfortable designing icons
- Strong graphic, illustration and/or motion experience is a plus
