Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, sustainment planning, or a related field.
- Successful applicants must either have an active government security clearance or the ability to receive approval upon position acceptance.
- Must have a valid US passport or the ability to obtain one upon position acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainment and planning strategies for enterprise systems, ensuring long-term functionality and efficiency.
- Conduct spares analysis using historical data to optimize system performance and readiness.
- Design and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize system downtime and improve reliability.
- Serve as a Site Coordinator, managing system integration, maintenance efforts, and technical support.
- Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, demonstrating a ‘roll up your sleeves’ approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including platform managers, SMEs, contractors, and other engineers, to ensure seamless system operations.
- Lead technical assessments, risk identification, and mitigation planning to ensure project success.
- Support the development and execution of implementation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with C# for system development and automation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Experience with IT operations in an air-gapped environment.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures relevant to enterprise systems.
