Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a clear focus on talent development and talent solutions
  • 4–7 years of experience in a consultative role, ideally within an HR or organizational development function
  • 4-7 years managing or implementing enterprise-level talent programs
  • Strategic approach and the ability to translate business needs into actionable talent strategies
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and solution design
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, including experience presenting to executive leaders
  • Proven track record of developing and driving impactful, large-scale talent initiatives
  • Broad knowledge of the talent development lifecycle, including leadership, learning, performance, and engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trust, educate, and inspire across levels
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted talent solutions consultant to business leaders, aligning Talent, Development, & Experience (TD&E) strategy to organizational goals
  • Co-create and implement development and employee experience strategies tailored to the needs of your assigned line of business
  • Represent business priorities across TD&E functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise programs while influencing and informing solution design based on business context
  • Identify talent gaps and recommend strategic, scalable interventions
  • Facilitate cross-functional partnerships across TD&E teams to orchestrate seamless delivery of programs and services
  • Advocate for and represent the full portfolio of TD&E offerings—including leadership development, learning, DEI, performance, and engagement solutions
  • Drive consistency across the Talent Partner team by sharing insights, standard processes, and scalable approaches to supporting business needs
