Requirements
- 7+ years working with engineering teams; 5+ years in technical program management
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and deliver at scale
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and scalability best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical program execution, from roadmap to release
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration and decision-making
- Define project plans, manage testing and triage, and oversee release readiness
- Monitor delivery, velocity, and risk—keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way
- Drive agile practices and continuously improve program efficiency
- Mentor peers and contribute to technical strategy and design discussions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GraphQL federation, API gateways, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Background in platform engineering or large-scale microservices
