- Network Engineering experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor a talented team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project goals and drive business growth.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and executives, to align project objectives with business priorities.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Scope Management: Understand the scope of technical programs as defined by product and business requirements and the budget process. Participate in key milestone planning.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Identify, confirm, and obtain participation from required cross-functional teams. Work effectively with other team members and initiatives.
- Program Planning: Build program plans and records. Work with the core team to identify and schedule all work required to fulfill program scope, including identification and management of critical path tasks.
- Goal Setting: Facilitate the development of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program.
- Budget Support: Assist in budget and resource forecasting exercises.
- Risk Management: Analyze areas of risk, establish contingency plans, and manage critical paths and risk areas. Escalate issues early to appropriate levels.
- Tradeoff Management: Work with leadership and core team members to identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time, and costs.
- Schedule Tracking: Track and manage the program schedule and dependencies. Analyze actual performance against the plan and make adjustments as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate updates on major milestones and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of program deliverables. Develop and monitor deployment schedules, strategies, and tools to support implementation in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Network Engineering experience is a plus.
