Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in Director-level and above positions.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, including software development, engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and a network of contacts within the technology industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, identify, and engage with highly qualified candidates for senior-level technical positions, including Directors and above.
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the technology industry to proactively identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
  • Negotiate job offers and close candidates while ensuring alignment with company compensation guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Provide input and support for continuous improvement of the recruitment process and employer branding efforts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting F5 Networks as an employer of choice in the highly competitive technology sector.
