Requirements
- 3+ years of experience documenting software for technical audiences. (We are also open to career changers with solid work history and excellent writing skills, who are comfortable with technical concepts.)
- Ability to write clean, concise, and approachable content.
- Ability to quickly learn complex technologies.
- High standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solver.
- Strong advocate for the customer.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to define and run operational processes for themselves and others.
- Experience with measuring the success of their content.
