Requirements
- Extensive experience working with instrumentation, data, and control systems
- Hands on experience working with electronic circuits and sensor types used to measure temperature, pressure, flow, displacement, and vibration
- Demonstrated proficiency troubleshooting instrumentation and electrical systems using electrical fundamentals and basic tools
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, P&IDs, CAD drawings, and circuit schematics
Responsibilities
- Lead projects to completion
- Plan, schedule, order, and drive tasks
- Delegate work to team members
- Provide feedback and maintain communication with the pad engineering team
- Install, verify, and troubleshoot sensors that measure temperature, pressure, flow, displacement, and vibration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience installing network-based equipment, integrating interfaces such as Ethernet, RS422, RS232, RS485, Modbus, CANbus, etc., and wiring/fiber with communication
- Familiarity with harnessing techniques using mil-STD type connectors
- Familiarity with intrinsically safe instrumentation installation in hazardous areas
