Lead cross-functional content production, quality, and delivery while optimizing processes and technology.
Architect web content production strategies and workflows aligned with marketing goals.
Manage end-to-end content publication, from resource planning to QA.
Hands-on management of day-to-day website updates in our CMS, personally executing time-sensitive content changes and production tasks during core business hours while overseeing broader team operations.
Set standards and best practices for web content production.
Lead digital asset management and content lifecycle strategies.
Drive internationalization and localization initiatives.
Perform daily triage of incoming web/marketing tickets, assessing priority and routing to appropriate teams based on urgency and scope.
Partner with Web Development on agile project management to refine ticket requirements, estimate effort, and maintain a well-organized backlog aligned with sprint capacity.
Manage web production budgets and resource planning.
Collaborate with Marketing Ops on demand generation tech stack.
