Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of Accounting experience required
- NetSuite platform experience required
- Demonstrable understanding of financial accounting
- Team player and adaptable to change
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with accounting and finance team support general ledger activities
- Prepare monthly close journal entries and accrual entries
- Support accounting team with the month end close process
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and additional balance sheet reconciliations as needed
- Improve systems and procedures through documentation and process improvement
- Contribute to the team’s development of accounting processes and implementation of best practice accounting practices
- Support payroll reconciliations and posting entries
- Support in the annual financial statement audit
