Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, with 3+ years as a technical leader leading complex cross-departmental projects that impact critical business metrics
- 3+ years of industry experience working across components of an ads system which may include Ads Delivery, Ads formats, and Ads Reporting and measurement
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and experience partnering with data scientists and machine learning engineers to deliver impactful ads products
- The ability to contribute and execute on team strategy through others without supervision
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with others in a closely collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Developing the next iterations of ads products with improved retrieval speed, relevance, and scale
- Expanding the product portfolio to new surfaces and formats
- Building a great advertising experience for brands
- Optimizing existing infrastructure for efficiency, speed, and accuracy
- Building strong cross-functional partnerships with data science, product managers, and machine learning engineers to understand, prioritize and deliver on critical business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably, you have helped scale an ads product from 0 to a major portfolio of products within a larger tech organization
