Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems, with 5+ years in ServiceNow
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, Scrum, or Scaled Agile
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow platform and project tracking tools like JIRA or Confluence
  • Experience with ITOM modules (e.g., Event Management, Orchestration, Operational Intelligence)

Responsibilities

  • Enhancing the ServiceNow platform with focus on ITSM, HR, and Security modules
  • Driving ServiceNow implementations aligned with IT and business strategies
  • Integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Spokes
  • Developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs using ServiceNow Performance Analytics
  • Identifying and delivering continuous improvements in employee and IT service management

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Administrator or ITSM Implementation Specialist Certification
  • ITIL V3 or V4 certification, ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist Certification
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow UX capabilities, Employee Center portal, and automation technologies
