Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or project development in the electric power industry
- Demonstrated experience in commercial contracting within the electric power industry
- Ability to travel ~25%
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial conversations with potential customers, developing compelling pitches for diverse audiences from utility C-suites to asset operation managers
- Lead contract negotiations with utility, developer, and C&I customers
- Work with cross-functional deal teams (including analytics, policy, finance, and engineering) to guide customers through the sales process and to develop new markets for Form’s technology
- Develop and execute on market strategy to allocate team resources toward highest-value opportunities
- Serve as a key external liaison between the Form product and the energy industry
- Be the ‘voice of the customer’ with internal audiences such as product management and engineering
