Requirements
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, NLP, Statistics, Information Sciences, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in machine learning/information retrieval.
- Fluent in at least one of the programming languages such as Python, Java or C++.
- Fluent in at least one of the deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch.
- Strong domain knowledge, leadership experience, and demonstrated success at scale in at least one of the following areas: recommender systems, information retrieval, reinforcement learning, representation learning.
- Experience working on large scale consumer products and production deliverables optimized for cost and operability.
- Collaborative leadership with cross-org ML and cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about solving complex, challenging and ambiguous problems.
Responsibilities
- Apply cutting-edge deep learning and generative AI technologies to solve modeling and ranking problems across different product surfaces.
- Build end-to-end machine learning solutions, including data pipelines, feature engineering, model optimization and innovation.
- Research latest industry and academia advancement to improve existing algorithms.
- Work in a high-impact environment and partner closely with cross functional teams to launch innovative product features and to deliver more personalized product experiences.
