Requirements
- Graduate from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing) accredited nursing program required
- Current licensure or interim permit in the practice of registered nursing from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing required
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide care to the patient and his/her family
- Direct and supervise nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team
- Assess, prescribe, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate the nursing care of patients
- Prioritize patient care needs and provide leadership to, and development of, the patient care team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a relevant care setting preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
