Requirements
- Background in DevSecOps and/or extensive software engineering experience in infrastructure and application development.
- Proficiency in Go and/or Python and experience in infrastructure and automation.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools key to organizational and engineering security, such as Okta, GitHub, and BuildKite, as well as vulnerability management and static analysis tooling.
- Ready and willing to drive change across both hardware, software, and infra teams.
- Dedicated to enabling and empowering other engineers to deliver software and infrastructure securely and efficiently!
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to steer engineers away from unsafe practices and implement those guardrails into our CICD systems.
- Build an IAM solution that ties together access for all of our engineering systems into a unified IAM loop.
- Create the systems that your fellow engineers will use to patch or remediate vulnerabilities in code and dependencies.
- Identify the critical components of our infrastructure and harden them to the standards we need to meet.
- Enable Groq to readily demonstrate compliance with common security and compliance frameworks.
- Develop Groq’s strategy for supply chain security and implement it across all levels of the engineering stack.
