Requirements

  • Strong systems thinking ability that enables you to create cohesive experiences across interconnected workflows, coupled with experience establishing or evolving design systems that scale effectively.
  • Leadership presence demonstrated through exceptional storytelling that engages executives and cross-functional partners
  • Strategic mindset that balances user advocacy with business objectives, supported by successful collaboration with engineering teams on technical implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design strategy across multiple product areas by identifying and solving systemic challenges that affect the entire product ecosystem, while establishing scalable design patterns that deliver cohesive experiences throughout the platform.
  • Shape product direction through close collaboration with leadership, translating insights into strategic recommendations that influence roadmaps and connect design decisions to meaningful business outcomes.
  • Drive end-to-end execution by translating complex design solutions into clear, detailed specs, and collaborating closely with engineering and product to ensure high-quality, scalable implementation that aligns with user and business goals.
  • Evolve our design practice by enhancing our design system, mentoring fellow designers, and facilitating collaborative problem-solving through workshops and design sprints that elevate quality across the organization.
  • Champion user needs while orchestrating cross-functional alignment, unifying technical considerations with business goals to drive consensus on complex product decisions.
