Staff – Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management
• 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
• 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally on consumer-facing, large-scale, complex BCB/B2B products
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards
• Knowledge of assistive technologies and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
• Understanding of accessibility best practices and Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage technical product specifications and architecture for platform components
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to maintain and evangelize the technical product roadmap
• Manage vendor relationships, integrate partners, and secure resources for co-developed product features
• Develop and champion product strategy and roadmap, leveraging consumer insights and competitive analysis
• Conduct product/feature analytics, manage product rollouts, and drive customer satisfaction through process optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
• Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines
