Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on advertising products
- Understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad-tech, and analytics tools
- Experience with A/B testing and other product experimentation methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance
- A passion for understanding user needs and building solutions that delight customers
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Faire’s advertising products, aligning with company goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with research to collect insights from users (both brands and retailers), stakeholders, and market research to ensure advertising products meet the needs of our diverse customer base
- Work closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales teams to bring advertising products from concept to launch, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, feature definition, and prioritization, to development, testing, launch, and iteration
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders related to advertising products. Effectively communicate product status, updates, and results to leadership and other teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in marketplace advertising, e-commerce, or B2B is a plus
