Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, customer engagement, or enterprise messaging.
  • Expertise in direct messaging platforms such as Apple Messages for Business, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar.
  • Proven success in building and scaling API-driven communication products.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of KPI ownership and data-driven decisions.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps and shipping enterprise-grade features.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to inspire collaboration across remote, cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of user-centric design and iterative product development cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy for Apple Messages for Business and other direct messaging channels.
  • Own the outcomes-based roadmap with a focus on customer value, market differentiation, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, quality assurance, and marketing to deliver seamless messaging features.
  • Ensure smooth integration of Apple’s APIs and rich features like Apple Pay, Pickers, and Forms within Genesys Cloud.
  • Gather customer feedback, analyze data, and iterate product functionality to ensure value delivery and adoption.
  • Build go-to-market plans and work with customer success teams to drive feature enablement and onboarding.
  • Maintain close relationships with Apple and other messaging providers to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Identify emerging trends in conversational messaging and incorporate into product strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Apple’s compliance requirements and messaging guidelines.
  • Experience building features that incorporate AI, NLP, chat automation, or conversational UI.
  • Background working with REST APIs and cloud-based communications platforms.
  • Passion for delivering intuitive and human-centric digital experiences.
