Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong product discovery and execution skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including working knowledge of data tools and metrics-based decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead discovery and execution of high-impact product initiatives within the pricing domain.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage day-to-day product development activities across design, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and business teams (merchandising, pricing operations) to gather requirements, share insights, and align priorities.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business partners to ensure alignment and clarity across initiatives.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on existing pricing tools and capabilities.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success and performance of your initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with other leaders to support roadmap planning and ensure that your initiatives ladder up to broader product and business goals.
- Stay informed on market trends, internal performance, and user needs to inform feature improvements and prioritize enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
