Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in operations, strategic planning, management consulting, or related fields.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with strategic frameworks, scenario planning, and operational modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning initiatives across Operations, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain operational models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Facilitate long-term planning cycles, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and OKR (Objectives & Key Results) alignment.
- Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations based on data insights.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and implement strategic initiatives that support business growth and transformation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively address areas of underperformance.
- Conduct scenario modeling, risk analysis, and contingency planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
