Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in Salesforce Platform, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle enterprise CRM
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture design, including integration, authentication, and security.
  • Solid understanding of key design patterns, data management, and environment management best practices.
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce Marketing, Sales, Service cloud and technical certifications like Application Architect, System Architect or Technical Architect
  • Ability to engage with senior executives in business-focused, outcome-oriented discussions.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce products. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs including Web Services, Platform Events.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, and a solid understanding of data modeling, security, and performance optimization in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs for all GTM Domains (Marketing, Sales, Quote & Contracting – CPQ, CLM, Customer Success, Professional Services / Financial Force & Customer Support)
  • Create integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems to ensure efficient data flow and consistency.
  • Act as a technical lead for the Go-To-Market team, mentoring developers, and guiding the technical implementation of projects.
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce development standards, reference architectures, code quality practices, and best practices for customization and configuration.
  • Identify and address potential performance issues, scalability challenges, and security risks in the Salesforce platform.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents
  • Lead technical evaluations (build vs buy), proof-of-concepts for new technical solutions and provide recommendations.
