Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 12 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree in STEM with 10 years of relevant experience; PhD with 8 years of relevant experience
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required at the time of application
- Experience with functional verification methodology for the full life cycle of products with leading a team with various levels of experience and skills
- Demonstrated experience in integration and test
- Demonstrated experience supporting the development, plan, and execution of test plans and reporting
- Knowledge of systems engineering principles including requirement decomposition and allocation of requirements
- Demonstrated experience using DOORS and CAMEO
- Ability to communicate, lead, and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and drive consensus among all stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules to verify and validate Ground software requirements
- Develop customer contractual needs and requirements into test solutions that acknowledges technical schedule and cost constraints
- Plan and execute early integration activities with external stakeholders
- Plan and execute all test related program reviews such as Test Readiness Reviews
- Participate in customer Test Plan Working Groups
- Generate and support test data artifacts and test reports to external stakeholders
- Perform end to end test and verification of the Ground software system with the User Interface
- Plan and execute Ground Factory Acceptance Test, and integrated Verification tests with external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing Systems Engineering models using CAMEO
- Experience mentoring and developing junior-level engineers
- Experience with Ground Satellite Systems, software systems
- Knowledge of software systems with microservice architecture
- Knowledge of Robot Framework for testing
- Experience in left and right side of the ‘Systems Engineering V’ (systems development, integration, and test)
