Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on configurating and administering large-scale virtual desktop and server technologies.
- Extensive expertise in VMware and Azure technologies, including hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, and optimization of complex infrastructure solutions.
- Strong proficiency in DevOps practices, tools, and principles, with a demonstrated track record of implementing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions.
- Experience administering and automating cloud infrastructure using Terraform and PowerShell.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Develop and implement security controls and processes to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and enhancing on-premise and Cloud based virtual desktop solutions.
- Partnering closely with global tech teams to ensure stability, security, performance, and productivity for virtual Windows endpoints.
- Developing and automating solutions for virtual endpoint computing.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting production systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Leveraging tools & channels – Partner with vendors and internal team members to optimize usage of management systems, existing technologies, and available training.
- Building strategic relationships with global tech teams and customers to ensure the best possible user experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 2 Years of relevant experience in configuration management, developing automation for Provisioning and Orchestration.
- Experience developing and managing service-level objectives (SLOs)/service level indicators (SLIs) for Infrastructure Service availability and performance.
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
