Staff – Technical Program Management

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or Finance.
7+ years of product/program management experience, with at least 2 years in an ecommerce or retail environment.
Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency
Data-driven mindset with the ability to research and benchmark
Proficiency and experience with Python, Power BI and SQL
The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Stay close to our key business stakeholders, understand their visions about business growth and translate the needs into product roadmaps.
Drive the planning of product enhancements by carefully analyzing the operation data, user feedback and competitive landscape.
Other duties as assigned
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs among customer feedback, performance, and operational support load
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Experience in scaling new tech to help business teams directly impact customers
Masters degree in Economics or Finance
