Staff Technical Program Manager

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
6+ years of technical program management experience with significant focus on backend/platform security
Deep understanding of backend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and security principles for distributed systems
Ability to communicate complex backend security concepts to both engineers and leadership
Excellence in managing multiple technical projects across distributed infrastructure environments
Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams and willingness to travel as needed
Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and drive security adoption in backend systems
Strong analytical skills with expertise in backend vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation
Ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure while considering system architecture implications
Skill in translating technical backend security requirements to practical implementation strategies

Lead critical technical programs within our Platform & Security teams focused on resilience, scalability, and security initiatives
Orchestrate the planning, execution, and delivery of platform architecture improvements that enhance system reliability and fault tolerance
Champion chaos engineering practices to proactively identify and address potential failure points in our infrastructure
Guide cross-functional teams in implementing platform security controls while maintaining operational excellence
Coordinate architectural reviews and technical decision-making processes for major platform enhancements
Build strong relationships across engineering, operations, and product teams to align platform initiatives with business objectives
