Responsibilities

  • Interact and build relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
  • People champion through effective recruitment, on-boarding, performance management and learning and development
  • Create staff schedules and monitor closely to manage payroll costs
  • Ensure operating standards and procedures, including store opening/closing, are executed safely, properly, and securely and effectively address customer demand
  • Promote daily/weekly/monthly specials in store and in the forecourt
  • Maintain the highest level of store and forecourt cleanliness and safety for customers and staff
  • Big focus on food service; increasing sales, monitoring service standards, safety and quality
  • Keep store, interior and exterior, along with forecourt, refreshed and attractive through effective merchandising and organization
