Store Services-Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory analysis, operations, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with suppliers and internal teams
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify patterns and discrepancies in data
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Partner with the Sr. Manager of Store Services & helium suppliers to ensure a stable, timely, and efficient supply of helium to existing stores and new stores as they are added to the program
Audit helium reporting and allocations to verify stores are receiving the appropriate supply levels
Analyze helium usage data to identify anomalies or potential overuse and determine root causes
Collaborate with store teams to improve helium conservation efforts and reduce waste
Manage billing and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate helium invoicing
Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to improve helium management processes and produce accurate supply forecasts
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track helium allocation and usage trends
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance helium distribution efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Support training initiatives for store teams on best practices for helium usage and conservation
Oversee the transition/onboarding of helium suppliers, ensuring a smooth handover and minimal operational disruption
Collaborate with Purchasing to refine the helium ordering process and work with vendors to enhance controls for the program
