Requirements
- 2+ years inside sales experience (B2B/ short sales cycle preferred)
- Ability to complete the full sales cycle from prospecting to solution value-based closing
- High energy and infectious attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Responsibilities
- Relationship building and ability to quickly close new business with business owners in the SMB space
- Making a high volume of outbound calls through prospecting and generating new leads through proactive outreach
- Mining leads in the CRM and creating new business opportunities from previous prospects to maximize untapped potential
- Developing, managing, and optimizing a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities
- Encouragement to think/adapt to selling with technology methods to augment phone calls. Ex. social media, text, email, video conferencing
