Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (equivalent experience will be considered)
- 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, with a history of delivering thoughtful, people-focused solutions
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (60%+), including occasional non-standard hours
Responsibilities
- Support the growth and positioning of our category expansion business with national plumbing, water damage mitigation, and other non-traditional channel partners
- Identify opportunities and thoughtfully guide national account relationships from initial conversations through long-term partnership planning
- Collaborate to facilitate agreements, pricing structures, merchandising, and supply chain planning in a way that benefits all stakeholders
- Coordinate with Field Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation and consistent follow-through of programs at the local level
- Use customer relationship tools and CRM systems to support outreach and maintain ongoing communication and visibility on key initiatives
- Cultivate positive, trust-based relationships with distributor partners and account contacts to support mutual goals and long-term growth
- Understand key decision-maker networks within each account and partner with internal teams to create thoughtful pull-through strategies
- Represent the brand at selected events (e.g., trade shows, brand showcases, networking opportunities), ensuring follow-up and collaborative reflection to strengthen future engagement
- Steward promotional and travel budgets responsibly to maximize impact for customer relationships
- Maintain accurate reporting and administrative documentation with care and consistency
