Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial markets
- Working knowledge of institutional market participants
- Basic knowledge of FI market structure, current issues, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of mediums including, but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, etc.
- Passion for data analysis with emphasis on financial markets data, primarily in Excel
- Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Employing data analysis and visualization, identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for identified clients.
- Prepare and deliver client-ready materials including client activity evaluations, platform pitchbooks, and summaries of strategic technological and/or market-oriented franchise initiatives.
- Assist SRMs in prioritizing and managing priority clients through quantitative and qualitative means
- Keep abreast of relevant government and regulatory action and associated timelines and implementation dates, and produce analyses relating to the impact of any such change on Tradeweb businesses and our client base
- Assist with tactical & strategic initiatives across asset classes to maintain Tradeweb’s position as a market leader in electronic trading and the evolution of financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders a plus
- Scripting in Python, JavaScript and/or querying in SQL a plus
- Data Visualization in Tableau a plus
- Passion for using the information gathered from data analysis to improve an existing product
