Requirements
- 5–8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably in SaaS
- Experience supporting GTM or post-sales functions (Marketing, CS, PS)
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and reporting standards
- Financial modeling and forecasting expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for Marketing, PS, and CS teams
- Support campaign ROI analysis and performance tracking
- Build and maintain the PS delivery capacity model; partner with PS Ops on staffing alignment
- Track and report PS margin performance and utilization
- Forecast customer retention and expansion metrics in collaboration with CS leaders
- Own headcount tracking and hiring plan alignment across marketing and post-sale teams
- Provide insights and dashboards to drive data-driven planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with PS or CS Ops teams a plus
- Experience with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Clari)
