Responsibilities

  • Driving net-new revenue
  • Building relationships and driving revenue through in-person interactions
  • Effectively selling the Compass value proposition (technology, marketing, culture and growth)
  • Influencing top agents to leave their current brokerage and join Compass
  • Helping agents understand why their business, and their clients, will benefit by moving to Compass

Preferred Qualifications

  • High IQ and EQ
  • Experience in investment banking, management consulting, law, or enterprise sales
