Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years professional experience; minimum of 2 years’ experience in developing and managing complex partnerships and/or go-to-market strategy, planning and execution
  • Demonstrated experience in portfolio management, sales process knowledge and risk identification and management
  • Knowledge and experience within the Healthcare IT space strongly preferred
  • Background in consulting or commercial law with relevant domain experience a plus
  • Experience working across corporate functions
  • Project management experience and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage numerous detail-oriented and time-sensitive tasks and ensure the accurate completion of the same
  • Ability to learn new systems to manage various business processes (e.g. RFP platform, CRM, financial reporting, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others to achieve desired results
  • Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal relationship skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of a new and emerging partnership ecosystem; help to operationalize our end-to-end partnership program beginning with opportunity identification and culminating in executing commercial agreements.
  • Curate a pipeline of strategic partnerships aligned with corporate imperatives
  • Partner effectively across functions such as Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to manage and further develop existing strategic partner relationships
  • Manage due diligence functions and represent Partnerships in internal reviews with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security as core stakeholders.
  • Prepare business cases for new prospective partners
  • Directly support the annual revenue plan and drive recurring revenue growth
  • Play supporting role in negotiations with partners and with internal stakeholders, including developing term sheets, contracts and joint business cases/plans
  • Responsible for preparing and delivering periodic business reviews and generating ongoing communications and reporting (e.g. operations reviews, executive briefings)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience within the Healthcare IT space strongly preferred
  • Background in consulting or commercial law with relevant domain experience a plus
