Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years professional experience; minimum of 2 years’ experience in developing and managing complex partnerships and/or go-to-market strategy, planning and execution
- Demonstrated experience in portfolio management, sales process knowledge and risk identification and management
- Knowledge and experience within the Healthcare IT space strongly preferred
- Background in consulting or commercial law with relevant domain experience a plus
- Experience working across corporate functions
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage numerous detail-oriented and time-sensitive tasks and ensure the accurate completion of the same
- Ability to learn new systems to manage various business processes (e.g. RFP platform, CRM, financial reporting, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to influence others to achieve desired results
- Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Responsibilities
- Support the growth of a new and emerging partnership ecosystem; help to operationalize our end-to-end partnership program beginning with opportunity identification and culminating in executing commercial agreements.
- Curate a pipeline of strategic partnerships aligned with corporate imperatives
- Partner effectively across functions such as Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to manage and further develop existing strategic partner relationships
- Manage due diligence functions and represent Partnerships in internal reviews with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security as core stakeholders.
- Prepare business cases for new prospective partners
- Directly support the annual revenue plan and drive recurring revenue growth
- Play supporting role in negotiations with partners and with internal stakeholders, including developing term sheets, contracts and joint business cases/plans
- Responsible for preparing and delivering periodic business reviews and generating ongoing communications and reporting (e.g. operations reviews, executive briefings)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience within the Healthcare IT space strongly preferred
- Background in consulting or commercial law with relevant domain experience a plus
