Requirements
- Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 6 or more years of related experience managing complex projects
- Experience in financial institutions or similarly regulated industries and software development processes.
- Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy is necessary.
- Ability to handle multiple complex projects, to work independently, have excellent follow-up, and meet tight deadlines for deliverables.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and metrics development skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills to interact proficiently with all levels of management, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to interpret metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities, deviations, or risks and provide recommendations to achieve business objectives/ outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
- Working proficiency with portfolio or project management applications (Smartsheet, Planview, Rally, Clarity, JIRA, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Project Management methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Develop project plans to manage the end-to-end project activities, interdependencies, including scope management, success criteria, deliverables, critical path milestones, resource management, finance management, and quality management.
- Appropriately engaging all organizations including product, marketing, fraud, BD, legal, risk / security, compliance, delivery, and vendor management to ensure program level alignment.
- Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress, proactively works with project team mitigating risk and effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technology teams and other partners to build program level dashboards and measure weekly progress against deliverables.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Perform retrospectives, drives improvements and sharing of best practices.
- Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2
- Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
