Requirements

• 3-4 years of work experience in Project Management, preferably in tech/ strategy/product operations, building relationships and supporting operational initiatives.
• Experience managing projects with moderate enterprise initiatives, maintaining effective relationships and collaborating with various cross-functional partners.
• Ability to dig deeper to understand underlying issues and translate data into actionable insights to drive improvement across the business.
• Experience working with large datasets and SQL to build dashboards and reports, and complete analyses to drive operational improvements.
• Ability to put out fires and support the development of risk mitigation strategies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Strong research, analytical, investigative and communications skills.
• Resourceful and considers cost-benefit tradeoff in all decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support policy and protocol launches, knowledge management, training, quality assurance, and process improvements through data analysis.
• Support multi-disciplinary projects and lead moderate complexity projects for SRT, identifying future opportunities and improving processes.
• Plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle, including managing project schedules and communicating them to stakeholders.
• Use cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence internal partners and practices.
• Work cross-functionally for strategic and operational efforts that impact the organization, contributing to SRT’s vision.
• Ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of the organization’s strategy and roadmap.
