Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales development or sales support role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise-focused environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, sales methodologies, and lead qualification frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and strategically with potential clients.
- Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target strategic accounts using a mix of research, industry trends, and internal tools.
- Qualify Strategic inbound and partnerships leads to ensure they meet the ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Conduct in-depth outreach through calls, emails, social media, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track leads and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each target segment.
- Assist in building and refining sales strategies for top-tier prospects and key verticals.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitors, and customer pain points to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
- Leverage insights from conversations to understand client needs and pain points, feeding this information back to the sales team.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and other key performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, sales efforts, and key account progress.
